Fred & Brent, As we have settled in our new home in Cottonwood, Jeri and I would like to thank you for everything you have done for us. From the beginning with the Plan development all the way through construction and after words, you have been men of your words. ' During the planning stages, your patience and personal attention allowed for a development of design optimally addressing our specific needs. We also appreciated your meticulous attention to detail once the actual construction began and of your responsiveness to the few minor problems which have arisen. As you remember, we thought long and hard about building vs. buying an existing house, but your professionalism and character convinced us building was the way to go. Since we love the house so much, I know now we would have never been satisfied buying something existing. Lastly, as we are longer and longer into our new home and have had a chance to see some of our friends' houses in other neighborhoods, we really appreciate the high quality of our home....................Things like a finished Pantry,Tiled walk-in Shower, Fireplace Mantle and the extra detail work around the Great Room windows are things we really didn't appreciate until we saw other houses.
